Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. The Pure Original is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@thepureoriginal.com. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
